Adoption Contract

Due to certain circumstances that have previously happened, I have added a new requirement to FLRR's contract:
"FLRR has the right to require the Adopter to either meet half way for a pick-up or pay half the expense for gas if the said rat(s) are no longer wanted. There will be no reimbursement of the purchase price of the rat(s)."
